Alacer Gold Corp. is a leading low-cost gold producer, with an 80% interest in the world-class Çöpler Gold Mine in Turkey.

During 2016, Çöpler is forecast to produce 150,000 to 170,000 ounces at Total Cash Costs of $575 to $625 per ounce. Çöpler’s oxide ore is currently being processed in a conventional crush, agglomeration, heap-leach and gold recovery circuit.

The 43-101 Technical report “Çöpler Sulfide Expansion Project Feasibility Update”, issued on March 30, 2015 demonstrated robust financial returns from processing sulfide ore and extended Çöpler’s mine life to year 2037. A Press Release titled "Alacer Gold Announces Çöpler Sulfide Project Approval", issued on May 12, 2016 provides an update on the Sulfide Project.  An updated National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101") compliant Technical Report on the Çöpler Mine will be filed on www.sedar.com and on the Australian Securities Exchange within 45 days from the release.  Çöpler’s remaining Life-of-Mine production is forecast to produce 4 million ounces of gold at low All-in Sustaining Costs averaging $645 per ounce over the life of the mine.

The Corporation has numerous high-potential exploration projects in Turkey in various joint ventures with our Turkish partner, Lidya Mining.
